LEARN HOW TO PRACTICE MEDITATION

Many people seek peace of mind through meditation and its benefits are exponential. Meditation comes in many different forms, but they all lead to the same place, which is to embrace the present moment.

When we meditate, we focus on the present moment and cultivate a loving intimacy with what is. We learn to sit silently and simply allow thoughts to arise without following them, attaching to them, and believing in their truth.

We are all given the opportunity to begin anew at any moment. Becoming present means releasing the past and no longer projecting into the future, but rather  just staying present. It means letting go and simply taking care of this moment.

When we carry something from our past into our future, we attach to our thoughts and freeze our minds in the past. Once we learn to be silent, we allow our heart to open to the ever-present awareness of our perfection.
