Coronavirus Guided Meditation

If you have not gotten to started doing a meditation practice, this is the perfect time.  I am attaching a guided meditation video by Marianne Williamson that specifically targets the Coronavirus.  Even if you do not resonate with it, you can still say a prayer for those are suffering and that all beings be healed.  A lot of you say that you do not have time to meditate, and suddenly all this time is being given to you like a gift.  Use your time wisely and find a spiritual practice that resonates with you.  Now more than ever I am reminded how important my spiritual practice is and you can too.  A deep spiritual practice can hold you when you are in a storm – it is about coming back to center.  This is a time to get quiet and take care of what is right in front of you.

We are all in this together.  We have a fear of missing out when we compare ourselves to other people.  The streets are empty and there are no social gatherings right now so you are not missing out on that – that excuse is no longer viable.  You have been missing out though – missing out on becoming more present and becoming the happiest person you know.   Take this opportunity and embrace it!
